"You are not permitted to access this resource" when viewing a Pull-Request

    Description

      I am admin on our repository, but there is a pull-request coming from a fork that always triggers this popup message.

      I can close the popup and interact with the pull request normally.

      It seems that it is the API querying the merge-status of the pull-request that reject me.

      I don’t know why this pull request in particular causes that.
