As an Administrator I would like a System Info page to see all config properties

      Problem Definition

      After setting config properties for Bitbucket Server and restarting it is not possible to easily check in the UI whether they are correctly picked up be Bitbucket Server or not.

      Suggested Solution

      Add one extra page in the Administration to show all the properties or at least all the customised ones similar to the one present in FishEye/Crucible.
