      Problem Definition

      There is only a trigger which will change the status of an issue if ANY pull request is merged, also the conditions do not apply when using triggers.

      Suggested Solution

      It would nice if it is possible to create a trigger which will transition an issue as soon as the LAST open pull request is merged.
