page.max.index.results does not show complete results in JIRA's Dev Panel if exceed more than 100 commits of the same issue

Reproducing steps:

1. Insert page.max.index.results=110 in stash-config.properties file
2. Create Appllink between Stash and JIRA and push 105 commits to Stash
3. Dev Panel in JIRA only shows 100 commits, which 5 random commits are missing from the list
