Unable to dismiss "plugins disabled" banner in browsers other than Chrome

      The X element doesn't show a pointer cursor on hover and clicking it has no effect in browsers other than Chrome.

      Workaround

      • Use Chrome to dismiss the banner
        OR
      • Restart Bitbucket Server to clear the banner
