In Stash when creating a pull request have predefined reviewer groups for branches based on the target branch name

      Summary

      It would be beneficial to have predefined reviewers for branches, which is set per branch prefix (like develop-**).

      For example, a group named "developers", can be set as the default review group for all branches beginning with the develop- prefix. So, when a pull request is created from branch develop-001.00, which matches prefix develop-, the predefined group "developers" fills field reviewers.
