When setting Project key to SCM, HTTPS access is broken.

    Description

      We upgraded Stash and could no longer connect from clients to repositories within the SCM keyed project. We changed the project key from SCM and it now works. SCM is the same as the letters used for HTTP connection to the project repos, e.g. https://user:pwd@stash/scm/scm/reponame.git.

      The error comes from the server, not the client.
