Stash auto unapprove should identify it's a system unapproval, not a user unapproval

      The feature "Unapprove all reviewers when the source branch of a pull request changes" is really good, however the is no way for the developer to know if it's the system that has unapproved it, or the reviewer has unapproved it. To the developer, it just looks like the reviewer has changed his mind...
