Default Merge Conflict Instruction offers to resolve conflicts in target branch of Pull Request, and then merge it directly in the branch. Commonly, the target branch is master and direct push is not allowed (by hooks), so default instruction becomes wrong for our users.
It is very desirable to have ability to turn off the current instruction by any way.
We could not find out how to do it through plugin development (may be you could help?),
so we ask the feature.
