Syntax highlighting in deleted and added files

I know that unified diff has problems showing syntax highlighting (STASH-2823), but choosing side-by-side diff is disabled for added files (and deleted, but those aren't as interesting) during Pull Requests, so no syntax highlighting is applied, making it more difficult than it has to be to review.

Workflow now is to open the whole file to get highlighting, then if I have anything to comment on, go back to the PR. Seems unnecessary.

On another, related note: I don't need the green/red color all over the place in the diff for added/removed.

This is using Stash server v3.7.0 btw.
