See Fork Syncing is Slow

I am creating this feature suggestion after Bryan's response. It would be nice to be able to modify the delay of when forks are synced. Currently, it's set to 30 seconds to help alleviate server loading. However, if the server is not heavily being used, it may make sense in some cases to reduce the fork syncing delay time.
