When in the Diff View of a Pull Request, when double clicking on a word, it gets highlighted. It would be great if this would also cause other occurrences of the word in the file to become colored or highlighted in some way. Eclipse does this, and it is extremely helpful when looking for where variables are used. This is a language independent improvement that would speed up the code review process.
