Ability to restrict author unable to edit reviewers once been choosen

      Hi,

      Functionality needed:

      1. Creator of pull request unable to edit/change reviewer's once been chosen/selected.
      2. Reviewer have the right to edit or remove his/her name if added as a reviewer.

      Please let me know if any plugin currently available and supports this use case.
