There seems to be an inconsistency in how long a repository name is. It's 128 characters when creating a new repository and only 64 characters when forking a project. Is this intentional and is there a reason to have a cap for repository names? We have somewhat long names to determine the origin as well as the feature of the repository so we would really like to have the opportunity to increase the default max
