Help link from 'create LDAP user directory' doesn't work

1. Go to the 'user directories' setting panel
2. Click 'add directory', and pick one of the LDAP-related choices
3. Click on the 'help' link next to the heading

Expected results: help page opens
Actual results: Taken to https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/STASH/embedded.crowd.directory.configure.delegating.ldap with a 'page not found' error
