Request to add "canMerge": true||false to Pull Request API

      When doing a query via the REST API for getting all Pull Requests, it would be great if a "canMerge" result is returned as well.

      The API call which should return "canMerge":

      https://stash.example.com/rest/api/1.0/projects/{project}/repos/{repoSlug}/pull-requests
