Red and Green zones in the side-by-side view get broken when scroll after collapse the sidebar

Steps to reproduce:
1. go to a diff that includes some comments. For instance code.
2. Open the side by side diff view
3. Collapse the sidebar or the filetree bar
4. Scroll down

Result: Highlighted areas are un-synced after the comment.

What it is
We miss some scenarios when we need to refresh the segment connectors on the middle gutter between two editor on side-by-side view.
That causes the misalignments.

The fix
To review and add more event which we trigger the refresh.

The main concern
How does it affect the performance. (However, we should fix it anyway.)
