Comment tooltip sticking when using keyboard shortcuts to go to next file

      When hovering and getting the tooltip to add a line comment to a pull request. If you use the keyboard shortcuts (j/k) to change which file you are viewing the tooltip stays on the screen even after moving the mouse. This leads to multiple tooltips on the screen at one time that don't dismiss.
