Stash does not allow you to add comments in a file more than 10 lines of a change.

      When I try adding a comment, I get a message "Comments can only be added within 10 lines of the change".

      This is particularly annoying when we want to point out issues upstream or downstream of the changes that could be impacting functionality. We have to resolve to using line numbers to refer to the code in question.
