Ability to recover code after branch deletion or force push (eg from a reflog)

My local stash administrator has disabled forced pushes for "safety". While still allowing branches to be deleted. If stash had server side reflogs, we could enable force push and still rest easy knowing that we're protected against any permanent data loss if someone makes a mistake.
