Page titles for Audit Log and Access Keys don't handle XML Entities

      Predefined entities in XML appear to not be handled correctly in the generation of the title element in the HTML pages returned for a project's Audit Log or Access Keys.

      Example project name: R&A

      HTML title returned:

      <title>Audit Log for R&amp;amp;A - Stash</title>

      In browser window title this shows as:

      Audit Log for R&amp;A
