Hipchat Integration: Links to API-Token and Room-List do not respect configured HipCHat (Server) URL

if you integrate Stash with a HipChat server, not the HipChat service, you can configure the HipChat URL and after specifiing a valid HipChat API-token and HipChat-room name notifications work as expected.

Bút, it would be very helpfull, if the links to HipChat API-token and room-list in the repository hook configuration won't poiint to HipChat cloud service but to the pages within the configured HipChat server.
