Earlier this week, we split out a couple dozen repos into a new project. With a API, this would have taken a minute at most; but with the GUI it took about 45. As this won't be the last time we have to move repos, I request a new REST endpoint for this.

As a general point, I argue that anything and everything that can be done with the GUI should be available via the API.
