Allow HTTPS to be the default option for the "Clone using SourceTree" button in Stash.

    Description

      When clicking the "Clone using SourceTree" button in Stash, SSH is the default selection. We should be allowed to make this default to HTTPS rather than SSH, so we don't have to manually change to HTTPS from SSH each time we want to clone. Ideally this would be a per-user setting as some may prefer SSH and some may prefer HTTPS.

      If you have SSH keys added for another reason (i.e. Bamboo), then it always defaults to SSH.
