Resolution: Fixed
Although Bitbucket Server provides an API to implement hook reacting on different events inside Stash there is no standard protocol defined which can be used by various external tools, e.g. CI servers, dashboards, etc. It would be beneficial if a "standard" protocol for a set of common events is provided by Bitbucket Server directly. This would ease the integration into other tools as not each tool has to reinvent a protocol to be used but can rely on a standard protocol defined by Atlassian.
https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/STASH/POST+service+webhook+for+Stash is already going into this direction but currently covers only one use case.
At least the following use cases would be useful:
- PR Created
- PR Source Branch Updated
- PR Target Branch Updated
- PR Reopened
These should be configurable for repositories through the UI and via REST
