Commenting on a commit sends an email to watchers. The email contains a "view comment" link. Clicking the link opens the file but doesn't scroll the view to the comment.

Link in email: http://<stashurl>/stash/projects/<project>/repos/<repo>/commits/<commitsha>?commentId=149

Gets redirected to:
http://<stashurl>/stash/projects/<project>/repos/<repo>/commits/<commitsha>#<relative path to file>

The link the user is redirected to doesn't know anything about the comment, so it won't highlight it or scroll to it.

This is only a problem for commit comments. PR comments link and scroll to the correct activity in the activity view.
