Show Bamboo builds that are queued or in progress

    Description

      Right now, Bamboo builds only appear as soon as they are finished (successful or failed). Sometimes, developers forget to check if the build is actually successful before they approve a pull request.

      I would like to see builds appear as soon as they are queued, to remind everyone they should wait for the build to finish before approving the pull request.
