Add support for git notes

I see this request also out there for SourceTree, fisheye, ....

I'd like to be able to see notes added to git sources via stash. We'd like to add context to the commited file (in our case we are syncing sourced to a external repo and tracking it's version number) and it would be better solution than comment or tags.
