Javascript Errors when viewing inbox

When we click on the inbox icon in the header to see current pull requests, it throws JS errors.

I have disabled all plugins, and after restarting / clearing my cached - still encounter this issue. All devs are also complaining about the same behavior.

We are currently working around this by visiting a repository page. Once clicked into a repository the inbox operates properly
