When creating a task from a comment in a diff and switching back to overview before saving or cancelling the task, the pull request overview incorrectly displays that there are open tasks even though the task was never created.

Steps to recreate:

• Create a line comment in the diff view
• Click on create task
• Give the task a name
• Go back to the overview tab without clicking save or cancel
• Overview displays that there is an open task even though it was not saved.
