Add option to disable git clone over http / https

I would like to increase security by disabling http / https and forcing users to use SSH with pubkey authentication.
This is especially important, because users tend to put strings like https://username:password@host.tld/scm/project/repo.git in Bamboo or Jenkins with plaintexted password!
