Checks for merging pull requests - per branch

Currently, the checks for merging pull requests are defined on the repository level.

I suggest allowing to configure checks on the branch level.
While i want certain checks to be made when merging feature branches, i want other checks or no checks when merging other branches (from master to production for example).
