Branches should not auto merge from release branches to the production branch

Any branch that merge into "Release" branches will initiate auto merging into production then development.

According to Gitflow workflow, bugfixes in release branches are only merged back into development. Release branch is merged into production and development only when the branch closes.

Please revise the behavior of auto merge.
