Hipchat token unauthorized if hipchat server url has a trailing forward slash

      Stash reports "Unauthorized token" when a valid token is used if the Hipchat Server URL set in Server Settings has a trailing forward slash. Example https://hipchat.example.com/

      The token works fine when the forward slash is removed. Example https://hipchat.example.com
