Until Stash 3.0.4 the reviewers in Pull requests list were sort by approval status.
Since 3.2.x versions there is no logical order for the reviewers, so every time a user refresh the window the reviewers order changes and the user needs to check manually who approved the pull request.
Please check the attached screenshot to see that the reviewers are not sorted by any criteria.
