UPM 2.7.10+ is not compatible with Stash 3.2

    Description

      I have installed the latest version of UPM, when it was available from "Manage addons" page. It is impossible to install plugins with old version, because installation is hanging. But after updating UPM I see the Error of type casting. Now I could not install/uninstall/enable/disable any plugin. But some plugins are critically required for our work.
      PS I wanna to fix it asap - are there any steps how I could manage on my own?
