For pull requests with a lot of files and when multiple iterations are needed to get it merged it is only workable to have a filter to only show the files with updates.

That way the reviewer can directly see which files he/she has to review again without going through the whole list.

That list is not always completely uncollapsed which makes it troublesome to go through the whole review again.
