Currently Pull Request merge strategy for repos or projects are set in the "stash-config.properties" file and change to the settings require stash restart.

Nike has several teams with different workflows & merge strategies so whenever a new repo or project is created and a change to the merge strategy is required, we need to create make the changes to the file and restart Stash. This is a very painful process.

It would be great to have this Merge strategy option available in Settings section of the repo where admins can dynamically change the settings that do not require a Stash restart.
