Resizing the browser window causes diff view to jump to the top

When reviewing code using Diff (side-by-side), resizing the browser window cases the diff to jump back to the top.
To reproduce:
1. Go to Diff tab, using side-by-side diff'ing
2. Scroll down
3. Resize browser window (even by just a few pixesl)
4. Observe that diff code scrolls back to the top.
This behavior is highly annoying as one losses the position of where they were reviewing.

I am using Chrome.
