Ability to customise mime types

Customising mime types in Stash today is only possible by editing the web.xml file and restarting Stash.
If would make users life easier if the mime types could me edited in admin UI.
Also, a great addition would be store the configured mime types on database, so they would be kept after upgrading the instance.
