Page line limits not adjustable above 5000

Modifying the page.max.source.lines property to a value above 5000 has no effect. Additionally, there doesn't seem to be a way to adjust the overall limit to the number of lines of source code that can be viewed. The limits currently are 5,000 lines per page and 20,000 lines overall.
