Access key manager

One has to manualy add Access keys (deploy keys) for every single project / repository for all of the related systems (Bamboo and Jenkins remote agents etc.).
Would be great if system administrators could add such keys generaly somewhere so that project administrators can simply pick them out of a listbox in the project Access keys settings.
