On https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/STASH/Connecting+Stash+to+MySQL you say the JDBC driver should be copied to
<Stash home directory>/lib I believe it should be <Stash installation directory>/lib . Copying to <Stash home directory>/lib did not work on a Windows install running as a service.
