Hipchat Notifications for Pull Requests

The ability to send pull request notifications via HipChat either to a user or to a designated room would be a very useful feature for Stash. At present email notifications are easy to miss in the flood of other email. We love the existing Stash integration with HipChat and would love for this feature to be added.

We are willing to bribe with baked goods or alcoholic beverages should such be requred.
