it would be great if the notification emails sent by Bitbucket whenever a pull request changes could contain the operation in the subject.

this is an example of a current subject:

OA/onlinelib - Pull request #14: OA-809 mark expired and inactive users

i think it would be nice if it could look like this:

OA/onlinelib - Pull request #14 [approved]: OA-809 mark expired and inactive users

maybe there could be all possible status changes in there (approved, declined, merged and new or nothing at all if a pull request was just created).
