After commenting on a pull request, it remains in my queue. I have to look for the email notification to see if a new commit / update has appeared from the submitter. Review workflow would benefit from an indication that a new commit had been made against the pull request since my last comment.

So essentially this feature is for some visual way of differentiating pull requests that have new code to review vs. ones i have already commented on (2 states) in the queue drop down, removing the need for me to click into the requests.
