My profile icon on the top right shows a big red "20" to indicate 20 open PRs that I need to review, but clicking it to show the list only gives a list of 10. I see no way to expand this list to fetch the rest of the 20, or to scroll downward for it to lazyload the rest of the list, or to page.

This describes the behavior of this view over several loads of the page for me this morning, hence I began opening this request after not finding anything similar already open.

I went back to open the view as a visual aid while entering this request info, and now the full list is displayed. Hence, it appears to be an intermittent issue. I confirmed with one other frequent user that he's seen this occasionally also. So, I've updated my verbiage here to indicate its intermittent trait. I can't really imagine in my mind an implementation of that functionality that could result in that kind of intermittent behavior, but perhaps your folks will immediately recognize some potential possibilities.
