In Stash 2.12.0, the inbox icon in the upper-right corner does not show up on the home page ("http://url/projects"). The link also doesn't popup the pull request workbox. See the attachment for a screenshot.

The icon and link seem to work properly on all other pages. The rendered HTML is different on this one page.

I tried in multiple browsers and cleared cache, but it still doesn't work.
