Better display of updated/outdated commits in pull request activity

      It would be nice to clean up the comments when you do a force push

      git push -f me feature/doge

      I think comments on outdated diffs should be collapsed and the history cleaned up, it goes 'added' 'removed' each time you do a force push.

      You may think i'm a scumbag but it's my fork and I will do what I want to
