Support encrypted passwords in backup-config.properties

Details

    Description

      As an admin I'd like to be able to save my password as an encrypted string in the backup-config.properties so that my organization's security guidelines are adhered (not allowed to use clear text passwords anywhere) and so that I feel more secure.
